All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Note: look at RFO 5.101(c) to confirm there is no other information that is required to be provided. Pay special attention if you are using commercial procedures for construction (5.101(c)(4)(v) or if the items are subject to a WTO Government Procurement Agreement or Free Trade Agreement.NOTE: (3)(i) Because the synopsis and solicitation are contained in a single document, it is not necessary to publicize a separate synopsis 15 days before the issuance of the solicitation (ii) When using the combined synopsis and solicitation, KO must establish a response time in accordance with 5.203(b) (but see 5.203(h).(2) Response times.
