THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. /// This announcement is for a competitive small business set aside, firm-fixed price, single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract, procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 (RFO) Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services to determine best value in accordance with the Comparative Analysis Procedures IAW RFO 12.203. /// Please note this solicitation requires offerors have an active System for Award Management (SAM) record and to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award. /// Project Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing and trimming at Proctor Lake, Texas. Services include mowing and trimming around various facilities and acreages in the recreational parks at these locations.
