Solicitation Issue Date: 08 January 2026 Proposal Response Due Date: 23 February 2026, 2:00 PM Pacific Time The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, is soliciting proposals for the development, integration, and production of Technology Insertion Hardware for TI-28, TI-30, and TI-32. This effort supports the Navy’s Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) and includes requirements for U.S. Navy, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Australia, United Kingdom, United States (AUKUS) partners. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a nine-year ordering period.
