The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for Market Research purposes; and facilitate the Government?s decision to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.NAICS Code: 562111 ? Refuse. PSC Code: S205. Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages. The Contractors Capability Statement shall include (at a minimum):? A cover page (no less than 12 pt. font) that contains the following: Company name and address CAGE code, SAM UEI Number, Company business size by NAICS code, Small Business Type(s), Point of Contact for questions and/or clarifications, Telephone Number and email address, Web Page URL (if applicable), Years in business, Affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE or any follow-up information requests.
