Notice is hereby given that this solicitation is cancelled and no award will be made under this announcement. This sole source acquisition aims to secure subscriptions and licensing services critical to the C-130J mission which requires comprehensive subscription/licensing services for developing, planning, and implementing integrated navigational database solutions. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of War intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.' This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
