Maintenance Nitrogen Trailers

Under RFO FAR 12.102(a), the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available to fulfill this requirement because Kelvin International Corp. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holds proprietary drawings and specifications to service the High Pressure Nitrogen Trailers. 5. SUBMISSION OF CAPABILITY STATEMENTS: This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotes, and no solicitation document exists. However, all responsible sources who believe they can meet the exact requirements specified above may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any capability statement must include sufficient technical, management, and cost data to demonstrate the vendor's ability to fulfill the exact requirement. Submission must not exceed 5 pages and must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact listed below. 6.
