The requirement is for the procurement of premium high-carbon cast steel blasting grit conforming to rigid engineering, physical, and metallurgical baselines. Material Specification: High-Carbon Cast Steel Grit conforming to SAE J1993 HCS G40H. Sizing Profile: G40 Sizing (per SAE J444). Hardness Standard: 60 HRC Minimum (Tempered Martensite Microstructure) Particle Shape Standard: Angular, with no more than 5% round or half-round Physical Density:
