Quoters shall review the SF 1449, SOW, and all attachments in their entirety. Evaluation and Award The Government anticipates comparative evaluation of quotations under FAR 12.203(c)(2), as implemented by the applicable RFO deviation. The total evaluated price will include the Base Period and all four option periods. The Government intends to issue a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, as described in the SF 1449.
