Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Embassy in Senegal for the procurement and delivery of a commercial-grade playground equipment. Eligibility is restricted to specialized firms possessing valid operating permits in this sector. If your company wishes to compete for this contract, please execute the required portions of the attached documentation in accordance with Section 3 instructions, and deliver your submission to the address designated on the attached Standard Form 1449. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by June 29, 2026. not later than 12:00 noon (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time.
