Western Boundary (from north to south): Granny White Pike south to Murray Lane, west on Murray Lane to Holly Tree Gap Road, south on Holly Tree Gap Road to US Hwy 31/Franklin Road, south on US Hwy 31/Franklin Road to Hwy 96/Murfreesboro Road. Offered space must be above ground, contiguous (horizontally and vertically) on one or more floors stacked without being split by a public corridor. Fencing is required for 12 parking spaces. Site must be able to accommodate 150 SF of wareyard space. Site must also be able to accommodate 200 SF of exterior storage space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-Year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
