In accordance with FAR 6.302.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis: Replacement Eaton BladeUPS-60 battery assembly and installation services This requirement is sole sourced to Lorbel Inc. 9400 7th Street Suite C2, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. as they evaluated the system for necessary maintenance currently needed and due to the uniqueness of the BladeUPS systems, all services must meet the mfg. requirements. Lorbel has experience with the design for the current system in lab.
