A typical task order may also include incidental damage repairs associated with roof leaks, such as ceiling repair, painting, and carpet cleaning. Task orders may involve incidental lead-based paint or asbestos abatement. Roofing systems will be designed and constructed to withstand Colorado and Wyoming hazards such as snow load, wind forces, and lightning. It is not anticipated that these roofing projects will involve LEED certification, but some sustainability requirements may apply.
