Corn Winter Nurseries

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BK26Q0023 AMD 01 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Corn Winter Nursery. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 111150 - Corn Farming. The small business size standard is $2.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
