Requests for Clarification: Quoters may request clarification of any specification or contract term. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted by email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than Thursday, 22 October 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST).
Submission of Quotations: Quotations must be submitted electronically in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. All quotations and required submissions shall be sent by email to both of the following:
