Request for Information (RFI), Carpet cleaning Services The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide Carpet cleaning Services for 673 TRSS BLDG 7535, 7447, 7445, and 7437 JBSA LACKLAND AFB TX 78236, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS); and the cost associated to acquire the specific items/products/services. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. Is your company a small business under NAICS Code 561740, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths).? _____________ (Yes/No) If Small Business, please identify company’s socio-economic concern(s): _____________________ (HUBZone, service-disable veteran-owned small bus., women-owned small bus., etc.) Have you previously supplied the item to military customers? ________ (Yes/No) If you do not manufacture/produce the items, do you obtain them from a small business in the USA? ______________ (Yes/ No). Is the pricing offered GSA or Open Market? _____________________. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 502d Contracting Squadron market research. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Do not submit pricing information in response to this RFI. Please provide answers to the questions below. a. Are you interested in providing the items/products/services? __________ (Yes/No). b.

Are you capable of providing the items/products/services? __________ (Yes/No). c. What would be the estimated delivery of the required items/products/services after award? ________________. 12. This RFI is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this RFI. Responses, to this notice, are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. 13. Responses must be received no later than Friday, 16 October 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT).
