Basis for Award The Government intends to award to multiple vendors via a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The award will be made to the responsible quoters submitting the lowest total price for all CLINs, whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements. The Government will evaluate quotes by first ranking all quotes by price. It will then evaluate the lowest-priced quotes for technical acceptability. If the lowest-priced quotes are technically acceptable and submitted by a responsible quoter, an award will be made within the limits of the Blanket Purchase Agreement. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments to the solicitation. All interested and responsible small businesses may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Please download the attached solicitation documents for full details and instructions.
