MISSOULA FIELD OFFICE RENOVATION The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes to repair sections of the Missoula Field Office Administrative Building roof, replacing existing gutter systems, repairing/replacing fascia, painting the exterior of the structure, and replacing the existing carpet. Location ¿ Missoula Field Office- 3255 Fort Missoula Rd, Missoula, MT 59801, Missoula County. PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW TYPE OF CONTRACT: Construction, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Single Award Contract TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Building NAICS CODE: 238160, Roofing Contractors MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $350,000 RESTRICTIONS ON CONTACTS: Beginning upon release of the request for quote (RFQ) through contract award, contacting Government employees who may be associated with this work by participating quoter on the subject of this RFQ is inappropriate. Quoters for this RFQ, including subcontractors and teammates, shall not attempt such contacts during this period. All correspondence shall be through the Contract Specialist listed below: Bureau of Land Management Attn: Jorge Alvarez Phone: (854) 500-1840 Email: [email protected] SITE VISIT: The Government strongly urges quoters to inspect the site to gain a better understanding of the work requirements and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance. Questions submitted after this date and time will be accepted but may not be answered. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Jorge Alvarez. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: This procurement is set-aside for Small Business Concerns and is a construction acquisition, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Part 19 and Part 36.
