The building must have a drive-through wash bay access. The offered building must have grade-level drive-in doors with minimum 14’0” clear ceiling height and 12’0” clear width. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
