Responses to questions were provided where clarifications were necessary to support potential offerors' understanding of the requirement. Certain questions were not answered where the information requested was included in the Performance Work Statement or where the questions were duplicative. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is ABMCFY26_CloudBackup and is issued a request for quote (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and caluses are those in effect rhough Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. There is no small business set-aside for this requiremenet and the associated NAICS is 518210 and size standard of $40.0M. ABMC requires a fully managed cloud backup and recovery service for Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity systems. Contractor shall provide recurring licenses, software services, and data backup services under CLIN 0001. Contract shall provide one-time implementation and deployment services under CLIN 0002. CLIN 0001 shall include one base year and four option years. FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
