The purpose of this Post-Closing Amendment is to: 1. Remove any and all references to FAR Clause 52.204.9, Personal Identification Verification of Contractor Personnel, from this requirement including Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation; 2. Include a Revised SOW_Rev2 9/15/2026; 3. Include a revised Combined Synopsis Solicitation to reflect revisions_Rev2 4. Post-Closing Amendment Due Date is 4:00 PM EST 09/16/26. If this Amendment effects the pricing of your proposal, please revise and send an updated version to Contract Specialist, Tamara Sawyer and Contracting Officer, Oksana Strekha no later than 4:00 PM EST 09/16/26. If you are not adjusting your pricing, no action is needed. 1. Include the Q&A for this solicitation with supporting documentation; 2. Include a Revised SOW_Rev1 9/9/2026; 3. Include a revised Combined Synopsis Solicitation to reflect revisions_Rev1 4. Include updated Wage Determination - WD 2015-5707 REV 31 dated 08/27/26 5. Provide additional Attachments in support of the requirement; 6. Extend RFQ Due Date from 12:00 PM EST 09/10/26 to 12:00 PM EST 09/14/26. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0062 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for NRCS Puerto Rico Moving Services.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving The small business size standard is $34 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. There is a Site Visit scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 1, 2026, at the current USDA Office is located at 654 Munoz Rivera Avenue, Suite 604, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00918. Interested parties are not required to attend but are highly and strongly encouraged to be present to see all items listed within the physical inventory list. Parking on-site is private and requires payment – no reimbursement will be issued. Limited free street parking is available nearby.
