The services to be furnished under this contract provide Passenger Terminal Services in support of the Defense Transportation System (DTS) to include, but not limited to, all United States (U.S.) Government owned or operated aircraft; U.S. sponsored foreign Government or civil aircraft, Coalition Forces aircraft, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft.
