Questions and Answers are now posted as of 8 September 2026. Carpet replacement for buildings 739 and 840 and 955 at McConnell AFB. A site visit is scheduled for 3 September 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CST. Contractors are limited to two personnel per visit. A pass request form for base access is included in the solicitation package under attachments. Submit the base access pass request to [email protected] and [email protected] by 26 August 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST. Questions are due no later than 10:00 a.m. CST, 4 September 2026; submit questions to: Contract Specialist: Mrs. Lindsay Manning, [email protected] Officer: Mrs. Haley Frierdich, [email protected] shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 5 pages by 10:00 a.m. CST 11 September 2026 to: Contract Specialist: Mrs. Lindsay Manning - [email protected] Contracting Officer: Mrs. Haley Frierdich - [email protected]. OFFER EXPIRATION DATES SHALL BE EXTENDED THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2026.
