FEMA Region 6 Watch Control Room Consoles and Furniture

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 6, is issuing a solicitation for the FEMA Region 6 Watch Control Room Consoles and Furniture requirement at the Federal Regional Center located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209. This acquisition is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will be accepted only from responsible small business concerns under the applicable NAICS code identified in the solicitation. Offerors must represent that they are a small business concern under the applicable NAICS code at the time of offer submission. The purpose of this requirement is to refresh the Regional Watch Center furniture and provide furniture suitable for 24/7/365 watch center operations. The requirement includes procurement, delivery, assembly, installation, positioning, and configuration of the following: Eight (8) Think Chairs Eight (8) Workstation Chairs Eight (8) Control Console Units One (1) Conference Table Brand-name-or-equal products are permitted. Any proposed equal product must meet or exceed the salient characteristics identified in the SOW and the solicitation. The contractor shall provide all furniture components, hardware, parts, materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and supplies necessary for proper use and full functionality. All products shall be new. Used, reworked, refurbished, or discontinued products are not acceptable.
