Project 565-26-110 Replace Air Handler Unit #34 at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. See attached SF1442 solicitation and its attachments. A presolicitation notice is not required for this action under RFO FAR 5.101(a), however the notice was needed for technical reasons to post the solicitation. NOTE: This solicitation replaces 36C24626Q0784 due to a technical error preventing the contracting office from issuing amendments to 36C24626Q0784. Due dates and times have been adjusted.
