PROJECT OVERVIEW BASE BID (CLIN 0001): Provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the stormwater infrastructure improvements shown in the plans and specifications, including installation of underground stormwater detention and irrigation. Contractor must coordinate with INDY DPW for connection to the Citizens Energy Group (CEG) combined storm/sewer line and obtain the City Right of Way permit for the off site connection. BID ALTERNATE (CLIN 0002): Install a new asphalt roadway, new signage, and extend the retaining wall along the west property line behind the administration building. 4.
