BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory focused on nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. To maintain safety and regulatory compliance, BEA requires regular efficiency testing of HEPA filter systems at REC, ATR Complex, and CFA. The selected vendor will provide qualified personnel and certified equipment to perform visual inspections and efficiency testing (?99.97% capture for particles ?0.3 micrometers) in person, maintain and submit test records, and coordinate with facility representatives for access and support. Testing will be performed at various sites and must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and INL safety requirements. 3. PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list. Selected vendors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for award consideration for INL HEPA filter testing. 4.
