EBW initiators & adapters

In accordance with FAR 6.302.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis: EBW initiators: P/N: 1887476, 1674314, 1674379, 1887042, 1887359, and 1887330, Total Qty. 420 Nut adapters: P/N: 1673123, 1884167, and 1884168, Total Qty. 375 This requirement is sole sourced to the OEM of these units, Teledyne RISI, Inc., P.O. Box 359, Tracy, CA 95378-0359. Only the exact OEM components can be used to maintain the established safety and performance qualifications of this test system. Introducing non-OEM components would invalidate the system's qualification, posing a significant safety and performance risk to personnel and equipment, and necessitate a cost-prohibitive requalification effort. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may respond by email to Andrea Farrell at [email protected], no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5095 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
