The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract.** This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass. In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in. Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement. Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 10 pages.
