Lead Time: The Offeror shall provide a proposed delivery schedule, stated in calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), for all required items. To be technically acceptable, the quotation must include a clear and complete delivery schedule for FOB Destination shipment to the required delivery locations and must not take exception to the Government’s requirement for delivery as soon as possible after award. 2.)
