****Amendment 04 - is being issued to provide responses to timely questions received and update the Solicitation and attachments. Please review full amendment and attachments. Solicitation response date is extended. ****Amendment 03 - is being issued to extend the solicitation due date. The Government is still evaluating and drafting responses to questions and will release the answers and updates in another Amendment ****Amendment 02 - is being issued to extend the solicitation due date. The Government intends to provide responses to questions received and further updates within the next in the next Amendment (03) to be released. ***Amendment 01 - is being issued to extend the Solicitation due date and update the anticipated Period of Performance in Section F. Please see Amendment 01 document for full details. The Government is extending the solicitation date due to the upcoming holidays to allow additional time to review and respond to all questions received. The Government will post an additional amendment with the question responses prior to the solicitation end date. End Amendment 01****** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 ?Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items?, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to competitively solicit a firm fixed-price Single-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of FAR part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. The Requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541512 with a size standard of $34.0M. The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG) intends to procure Analytical Support Services required to perform research, analysis, and development to enable Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) analytics capability, modeling, and dashboard improvements in support of end-to-end project analysis initiatives. All questions should be submitted by end of day on the 10th calendar day after this RFQ is posted. The Government cannot guarantee a response to questions submitted after that date. Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor?s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government.
