Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the provision of Work Injury Compensation Insurance Coverage and Related Administrative Services for all Locally Employed Staff at the U.S. Embassy Singapore. If you would like to submit a quotation, please review the attached solicitation documents, follow the instructions contained in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the solicitation package, and submit your quotation to the address shown on the Standard Form (SF) 1449. The U.S. Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements and is determined to represent the best value to the Government, considering technical acceptability and price. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. Please pay particular attention to DOSAR 652.242-73, Authorization and Performance. This provision requires offerors to possess all licenses, permits, and authorizations necessary to perform the contract in Singapore and to comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations. Offerors are responsible for ensuring they meet these requirements before submitting a quotation. Quotations are due no later than August 7, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Singapore local time. Late quotations will not be considered. All quotations shall be submitted in English.
