Desription of Work This non-personal services contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and labor to remove and replace 16 nonfunctional ductless heat pump A/C systems with new, cooling-only split A/C systems. The work will take place across multiple First Special Forces Group (Airborne) headquarters and augmentation facilities (Buildings 9160/9162, 9190, 9934, and 9983) to establish optimal operational temperatures for critical computer and communication systems. The contractor operates independently under its own supervision, remaining fully accountable to the Government for meeting all performance standards.
