HPACs AERP, Remove, Re-install, & Operational Testing

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and in accordance with RFO 6.103.-1. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation, for the removal, installation, and operational testing of the No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) onboard a Los Angeles-Class submarine in accordance with work specification HIRMC-503-27. In accordance with CD 2026-O0017(DFARS PGI 206.103-170(d) a sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov, from 25 August 2026 through 28 August 2026 to satisfy the requirement. The Government received a response from one company expressing interest, but the company did not submit a capability statement.
