Dear Prospective Offeror: Subject: Request for Proposals number 19KV4226Q0002 Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFQ) for Building Automation Systems Maintenance. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct the site visit, or the pre-proposal conference and will be held on March 12, 2026 @ 10:00 (local time) at the US Embassy in Kosovo. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Pristina Procurement office by email: [email protected] for additional information. Proposals are due by March 31, 2026 @ 15:00 local time. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
