The proposal due date is extended to November 6, 2026. Additionally, Section L (Instructions to Offerors) is updated to reflect the extended timelines for both questions and proposal submissions. Section M (Evaluation Factors) is updated to incorporate Section M.1.10; and page five (5) of the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) is updated to revise how the PPQ shall be submitted. The solicitation is amended to reflect these changes. Prior to granting access, the government will verify that the contractor maintains a current NIST SP 800 171 DoD Assessment score of 110 posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Once the Government confirms a vendor can receive and safeguard CUI, the restricted documents will be available for review in the solicitation module of PIEE.
