Gun Lock Boxes in Support of OPNAV's Suicide Prevention Office

This is a total small business set-aside combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and in accordance with RFO 12.104(a). This procurement will be conducted by NAVSUP FLCN Pentagon Directorate located at 700 Robbins Avenue BLDG 2B Philadelphia PA 19111. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price, single award delivery order type contract that will be procured with a total (100%) small business set-aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2(b). The contract term is anticipated to start on 29 September 2026 and all deliveries must be completed NO LATER THAN 26 FEBRUARY 2027. This new contract/delivery order will be awarded on a single award basis to a small business. The associated NAICS code and PSC code are 332510 and 5340 respectively. RFQ N0018926QD224 is the only RFQ for this requirement and it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS, RFO, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order.
