The font, text size, and margin requirements established in Section L.1 General Instructions do not apply to Work Sample submissions, including the Attachment 0020 Project Reference Template. 20 November 2025 Update: Amendment 0002 has been posted to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 to extend the closing date to 08 December 2025 at noon central, provide answers to all questions received in response to this solicitation, and provide updates to the solicitation and attachments. Original Post 24 September 2025: The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Joint Munitions Command, hereby issues solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Hawthorne Army Depot (HWAD) beginning in calendar year 2026. HWAD is a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility located in Hawthorne, Nevada that provides Supply Depot Operations (SDO), including storage, receipts, and issues, as well as demilitarization of munitions. HWAD is the largest Army Depot in the Organic Industrial Base and the only GOCO with demilitarization capability.
