This requirement is sole sourced to Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), 2540 Olentangy River Road, Columbus OH 43202, as the only vendor source that can provide the renewal of this platform of proprietary data. This is not a request for quotes, however any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5027. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
